In his talk on "Academic Entrepreneurship: from Bench to Commercialized Products," Dr. Tseng will share his remarkable journey and expertise in bridging the gap between academia and industry. As the co-director of the UCLA Liquid Biopsy Laboratory, Dr. Tseng has made groundbreaking contributions to the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) for oncology and perinatology. To bring these cutting-edge technologies to market, he founded CytoLumina Technologies Corp. and Eximius Diagnostics, paving the way for commercial success. Under Dr. Tseng's visionary leadership, CytoLumina's NanoVelcro Chips garnered national recognition as a Success Story by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Innovative Molecular Analysis Technologies (IMAT) program in October 2019.
